What we need
- Atta (Wheat flour) - 2 cups
- Potato - 2 big ones or 3 small ones
- Mint Leaves - quarter a cup
- Coriander leaves - quarter a cup
- Green chillies - 2 or 3 as per your preference
- Cumin powder (Jeera) - half a tea spoon
- Oil for frying
- Salt - to taste
Method
- Prepare chapathi batter.
- Boil the potatoes and mash it well.
- Blend mint leaves, coriander leaves and green chillies.
- To the mashed potatoes add this mixture with cumin powder and salt and mix well.
- Prepare balls of the mashed potatoes depending on the size of the chapathi.
- Take some batter enough for one chapathi, flatten it a bit and place the potato ball in it and cover it.
- Now roll out the stuffed ball and the item is ready.
- Fry the paratha.
- Aloo pudina paratha is ready
