Soya Meal Maker Dry


Here is a dish with soya meal maker. Hope you enjoy it.


What We Need
  • Soya Meal - 2 Cups
  • Big Onions -1 1/2 Cups Chopped
  • Onion Paste -1/2 Cup
  • Ginger-Garlic Paste - 3 Table Spoons
  • Tomato Puree - 1/2 Cup
  • Turmeric Power - 1/2 Tea Spoon
  • Chilli Powder - 1 1/2 Tea Spoon
  • Coriander powder - 1 Tea Spoon
  • Garam Masala Powder -1 Table Spoons
  • Fennel seeds - 1 Tea Spoon
  • Pepper Powder - 1/2 Tea Spoon
  • Cumin Powder  - 1/2 Tea Spoon
  • Fennel Powder - 1/2 Tea Spoon
  • Bay Leaves (optional) - 2 Nos
  • Mint Leaves - 1/2 Cup
  • Oil - 6 to 7 Table Spoons
  • Salt  - To Taste

Method
  1. Pressure cook Soya meal with 4 cups of water and 1/2 tea spoon of salt. Wait for two whistle.
  2. After it cools squeeze it well and mash it in a blender.
  3. Heat oil in the pan add Bay leaves, Fennel seeds, Curry Leaves, Chopped Onions and mint leaves saute well.
  4. Add Onion paste saute well.
  5. Add Ginger-Garlic paste saute well then add Tomato Puree saute it.
  6. To that add Turmeric Powder, Chilli Powder, Coriander powder saute it.
  7. Then add mashed Soya Meal Maker  mix well.
  8. Add Salt and Garam masala , mix well and cook in low flame for 5-10 minutes.
  9. Soya Meal Maker Dry is ready
Note: Serve 4 to 5 people.

Good with Paratha, Chapati, Dosa and Rice.
